Appointments
Our staff will be pleased to accomodate you to make your visit with us more pleasant. We will make every effort to schedule around your busy life. Our convenient locations makes accessibility easy for the greater Evansville area
If you would like to be seen by Dr. Samuel please speak with your primary care physician first and ask about being seen by the Vitreo-Retinal Center. You may contact our office at 812-401-EYES (3937), Monday through Friday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm central time.
Office Hours
Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
We schedule all appointments to provide timely service to our patients. If you arrive late we will try to work you back into the schedule, but out of courtesy to our other patients we may ask to reschedule.
Cancellations
If you intend to cancel or are unable to keep your appointment we kindly ask that you notify us at least two business days in advance. This will allow us to fill your appointment time with another patient
24-Hour Emergency care
If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or visit the nearest Hospital. If it is an eye related emergency you may call Dr. Samuel office at 812-401-3937, and he will see you as promptly as possible.
Payments & Insurance
We accept most insurance policies to insure you can receive the best quality service at the lowest price to yourself. Please see you insurance's provider listing to check if we are a provider for your insurance. We offer convenient payment options and will work with you to make sure you can receive the eye care that you need.
